Job Title: Sr. People Data Analyst (Tableau)

Location: Iselin, NJ (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)
Duration: 6+month contract-to-hire
You will work with the team to develop and maintain data visualization tools that provide insightful and actionable people metrics.
Key Responsibilities
- Query data from multiple data sources, independently structuring analysis and synthesizing large volumes of complex information to deliver actionable insights
- Conduct in-depth analysis of talent data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities to address human capital needs. Use advanced analytics techniques and tools to derive actionable insights and generate useful business reports.
- Translate business requests to make impactful recommendations that meet business needs, tell a story that eloquently translates data, breaks down complex information and clearly articulate value.
- Create eye-catching, high-quality visualizations that present findings in a clear and concise manner
Knowledge and Technical Competencies:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or Human Resource.
- 4+ years of experience in People Analytics, or any Analytics function.
- Solid knowledge of statistical analysis, machine learning, and data visualization techniques.
- Advanced skills in MS Office, including PowerPoint and Excel
- Experience with SQL, Tableau, and/or other related reporting and analytic tools
- Proven experience in creating and automating dashboards using Tableau and Tableau API or equivalent tools
- Knowledge of statistical tools (e.g., python, SPSS, R).
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to work effectively with HR, business partners and IT to translate between data and business needs
- Familiarity with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors).
- Proven problem-solving, analysis, and organizational skills with the ability to be successful in a fast-paced environment.
- Solid attention to detail needed, along with the ability to handle confidential information.
